2.6.5 உய்ந்து போந்தென் - I have become your servant!

பாசுரம்:

உய்ந்து போந்தென் உலப்பிலாத வெந்தீவினைகளை நாசஞ் செய்து,உன
தந்தமில் அடிமை அடைந்தேன் விடுவேனோ ஐந்து
பைந்தலை யாடர வணைமேவிப் பாற்கடல் யோக நித்திரை,
சிந்தை செய்த எந்தாய்! உன்னைச் சிந்தை செய்து செய்தே.

Uplifted as I, unlike others, my sins all undone              
I've become thy slave forever, can I unfasten?    
Lay as you, over a five-hooded cobra 'midst a milky ocean
It's Thee ever in my mind, my lord in timeless contemplation.

பதம் பிரித்தது:

உய்ந்து போந்து என் உலப்பிலாத வெந் தீவினைகளை நாசம் செய்து, உனது
அந்தமில் அடிமை அடைந்தேன் - விடுவேனோ? ஐந்து
பைந்தலை ஆடு அரவணை மேவிப் பாற்கடல் யோக நித்திரை,
சிந்தை செய்த எந்தாய்! உன்னைச் சிந்தை செய்து செய்தே.

பொழிப்புரை:

திருப்பாற்கடலில் பசிய ஐந்து தலைகளையுடைய ஆடுகின்ற ஆதிசேஷ சயனத்தில் பொருந்தி யோக நித்திரையில் காக்கும் வகையைச் சிந்தை செய்த என் சுவாமியே! உன்னை நினைத்து நினைத்து அதனால் உய்வு பெற்று, உலக மக்களில் வேறுபட்டு, என்னுடைய அளவு இல்லாத கொடிய பாவங்களை அழித்து, உன்னுடைய முடிவு இல்லாத நித்தியமான கைங்காரியத்திலே சேர்ந்துள்ள நான், இனி விடுவேனோ?

My Father! I have obtained salvation by thinking about You always; (எந்தாய்! உன்னைச் சிந்தை செய்து செய்தே) I have learnt the nature of my athmA and have found the difference from others' thinking of the same; (சிந்தை செய்த எந்தாய்)

Hence, I have been granted by You the servitude to perform kainkaryam at Your feet with You as my Lord! (அந்தமில் அடிமை அடைந்தேன்)

Thus, the sins accrued over the ages due to my past karmaas could be destroyed; (உய்ந்து போந்து என் உலப்பிலாத வெந் தீவினைகளை நாசம் செய்து)

Hereafter, I will NEVER EVER LEAVE YOU. (விடுவேனோ?) What GREAT Help You have done to me , my Lord, the One who sleeps on the AdhisEshA (ஐந்து பைந்தலை ஆடு அரவணை மேவிப் பாற்கடல் யோக நித்திரை)! I will always THINK OF YOU, LORD

விளக்கம்:

1.  ‘சிந்தைசெய்து உய்ந்து போந்து நாசஞ்செய்து அடிமை அடைந்தேன்’ எனக் கூட்டுக.
2.  அடைந்தேன் - வினையாலணையும் பெயர்.
3.  ‘சிந்தைசெய்து, நாசஞ்செய்து’ என்பன ஒரு சொல் நீர்மைய.
4.  செய்து செய்து -அடுக்கு.
5.  மேவிச்சிந்தை செய்த’ எனக் கூட்டுக.
6.  அந்தம்இல் அடிமை - நித்தியமான அடிமை.
